Technology in Science...Wow..Awesome..

After so long dreaming to step my leg here in this varsity now finally here I am in UM. Science which was always been a traumatic subject as we were given flooded number of information on subjects such as on Physics, Chemistry and Biology to memorize, but here is total different one. The emphasize now turned to TECHNOLOGY which has been the main highlight for this semester no matter in what subjects. However, with our kind lecturer we felt so much pampered as well as all seems so fun and exciting.

The Objectives of this course

Wondering why the science subject for this semester has an intimate relationship with technology? After learning the theories of Biology, Chemistry and Physics from previous semesters, it is time for us to learn how to apply technology to teach science in primary classrooms. Through this PMEY 3104 course, we will learn to

Identify and manage suitable technology to be used in primary science teaching.
Select and use existing science courseware in the teaching and learning of science.
Search websites and courseware suitable in the teaching and learning of science among the young.
Use multimedia technologies to support meaningful learning.
